These are the Processors of popular smart phones.

|
Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro,

Here if I ask anyone to rank these Phones according to their processing speed the results would be as follows:
Rank 1: HTC one
Rank 2: Samsung Galaxy S4
Rank 3: LG Nexus 4
Rank 4: iPhone 5S
But the actual result is shocking. The research and benchmark test shows something opposite.
According to Different types of Benchmark test the results are as follows:
1. Geekbench 3.0 Test: (Higher the better)
2. GFXbench Test: (Higher the better)
3. Sunspider Test (Lower the Better)

Conclusion:
Don't run behind numbers written on processors, the reality is totally different than you think. Bigger number doesn't mean faster processors. The processing power depends on the other factors too. How efficiently the software uses it hardware. The built quality of apple can never be compared to any other phone in the market. The apple hardware and software are designed to work seamlessly together and work efficiently whereas, in android the things are quite different. One software is designed to run on different types of hardware. It is like making on size of shoe for the whole world.
